The OTH Team is happy to replace any damaged product and will do so as quickly as possible. If you have received a product from OH, the HORROR! and it arrived damaged, please contact us at info@ohthehorrorgame.com for instructions on how to exchange your damaged product for a brand new, not damaged, sparkly one.(It won't really sparkle...that's just flowery language).

If your product showed up in great condition but you played the game and didn't like it...it's okay. Our feelings aren't hurt. Not really. Unfortunately, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and you will have to re-gift the game to someone who may appreciate our humor more.
